Project 3: The Middle East

 

The third project of the "around the world" tour that 7th and 8th graders take is focused on The Middle East. Students will use the links below to take a virtual tour of this region of the world. Students will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of subjects in The Middle East that may include any or all of the following: Artists; Art & Objects; Materials, Techniques and Processes; Places; People; Culture and Traditions; Food; Landscapes; Cityscapes; Nature; Wildlife. Students will create a piece of art that is inspired by and reflects subjects, techniques, materials, or processes unique to The Middle East.
